"I have been working with Betty Burkett at this State Farm office for about a decade. I knew nothing about insurance when I first started working with her. Since then, Betty has been an invaluable resource as I have have navigated complex coverage needs for auto, home, rental, condo and umbrella policies. She has walked me through insurance implications as my asset structure has evolved - ensuring that I'm covered properly - and ensuring that I understand my coverage. She is currently coaching me through an out of state move. I won't even consider other insurance providers - any potential benefit from a new provider would be outweighed by losing the expertise and service that Betty provides.
